Creating a professional invoice no longer requires accounting software or a paid subscription. The Invoice Generator on Diztool lets you create, preview, and download a polished PDF invoice in minutes — completely free, directly in your browser. How to Use: Step 1 — Business Information Fill in your business name, address, email, and phone number in the "From" section. This information appears in the header of your invoice. You can also upload your logo if you have one. Step 2 — Client Information Enter your client's name, company, and address in the "Bill To" section. This identifies who the invoice is addressed to. Step 3 — Invoice Details Set the invoice number (use a sequential numbering system for record-keeping), the invoice date, and the payment due date. You can also add a reference or purchase order number if needed. Step 4 — Add Line Items Click "Add Item" to add products or services. For each line item, enter: • Item description • Quantity • Unit price The total for each line (quantity × price) is calculated automatically. Step 5 — Taxes and Discounts Enter a tax rate (%) if applicable — GST, VAT, or sales tax. Add a discount percentage if you are offering a reduced rate. The subtotal, tax amount, discount, and grand total are all calculated automatically. Step 6 — Notes and Terms Add any payment terms, late fee policies, or thank-you notes in the notes field. Common examples: "Payment due within 30 days" or "Please include invoice number with payment." Step 7 — Download PDF Click "Download PDF" to open a print-ready version of your invoice. Use your browser's Print function to save as PDF. The layout is optimized for A4 and Letter paper sizes.
