What can you contact us about?
We welcome all kinds of feedback. If you have spotted a bug in one of our tools — a calculation that gives the wrong result, a button that does not work on your device, or a layout issue on mobile — please describe it in as much detail as possible so we can reproduce and fix it quickly.
Suggesting a new tool
Diztool grows through user requests. If there is a calculator, converter, formatter, or any other free utility you wish existed online, tell us about it. We prioritise new tools based on how many people ask for them and how useful they would be to a wide audience. The more detail you give — what inputs you need, what output you expect — the faster we can build it.
Response time
We read every message personally and aim to reply within one to two business days. Because Diztool is a small, independent project, we may not be able to respond to every email, but we read and consider all of them when planning improvements.
