Method 1 — Draw your signature: Select the Draw tab and use your mouse, trackpad, or touchscreen to sign in the canvas area. The drawing engine simulates natural pen pressure — the line thins slightly when you move fast and thickens when you slow down, producing a result that looks handwritten rather than digital. If your first attempt does not look right, click Clear and try again. The canvas is wide enough that you do not need to be precise about scale. Adjusting pen style: Choose your ink color — black, dark navy, or dark green are the most professionally accepted across document types. Set the stroke width: thin for a light, elegant look; thick for a bold and assertive signature. You can adjust these settings and redraw at any time before downloading. Method 2 — Type your signature: Select the Type tab, enter your name, and choose from a set of cursive and script fonts that mimic genuine handwriting. Preview multiple fonts to find the one that best reflects your personal style. Typed signatures are more legible and consistent across documents — useful for signatures on digital forms where scanability matters more than uniqueness. Method 3 — Upload your existing signature: If you already have a handwritten signature on paper, photograph it in good lighting with a neutral background. Upload the image here.
